$650 Doula Services: Includes 1-2 Prenatal visits, education, labor support, 1 postpartum visit and birth treats & snacks for you and the rest of your support team.

$75 Birth Catering; I will drop off snacks and treats for your labor and immediate postpartum.

$50 Belly Binding: Includes one bind and oils. $40 each additional bind

$50 Hot pospartum meal or 3 freezer meals (serves 2-5 people)
